About Roskamp Arizona Realty

Roskamp Arizona Realty LLC was founded September 1, 2004, as a direct result of the sale of medical office buildings from Sun Health Properties, Inc. to the KRW Medical Office Building Portfolio, LLC which occurred in August 2004.

Roskamp Arizona Realty provides development, leasing, and management services to commercial medical office buildings and other related projects in the northwest Phoenix area. It currently manages over 650,000 square feet of medical office space.

Roskamp Arizona Management and Development and Roskamp Arizona Realty are part of a partnership of Roskamp Management Company, LLC and Sun Health Corporation, through its Sun Health Properties Investments. The collaboration demonstrates a strong partnership that has resulted in many successful projects including Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, Arizona and La Loma Village in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
